PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM
Both the Public Address System ('PA') and the General Alarm
System ('GA') are key internal equipments for the safety of facilities
and people. These systems must be able to address emergency situations
precisely and realize its organic integration with other alarm systems.
Therefore, it should be carefully and comprehensively tested
for its function and safety, and certified by related
regulatory organizations as necessary. The PA and GA systems are
designed in compliance with the following regulatory bodies:
The Public Address System is tested according to IEC60945 and is
certified for Type Approval of Lloyd Register, CCS and DNV, and is
certified for CE by DNV.
TALK-BACK SYSTEM
The talk back system particularly designed for ship enable to
broadcast in the specific area of the ship. As our talk back system is
completely designed by C-MOS, transistor and semiconductor, the
performance of our system is much superior to the same rank. This
system is meticulously designed by acknowledging the demands of ship's
owner especially the convenience of operation. It is also designed for
interfacing with the public address system. The system varies in terms
of marine uses such as the ability of the drip-proof, waterproof,
impact-proof and corrosion-proof. The MTB-5000 Series are tested
according to IEC60945, and are certified for CE by DNV.
COMMUNAL AERIAL SYSTEM
The CAC-953 system offers an excellent marine Radio & TV aerial
system. It is widely used as a multi amplifier covering MH, SW, FM,
VHF (H/L), UHF, VTR bands. The system is composed of an amplifier and
two antennas. The Omni directional antenna is compact and capable of
stable signal receiving; the other is a whip antenna for receiving
MF/SW band's signal. The system is adapted AGC (Automatic Gain Control)
in front of wide band multi amplifier by preventing the range of weak
electric wave. It has a strong structure so that it would not need
further maintenance. The system is operated automatically. It does not
require a manual control.
AUTO TELEPHONE SYSTEM
The Auto Telephone System is an electronic telephone exchanger
with reliability and durability. It works under the microcomputer
controlled and 'DTMF' adopted system. This system has the drip-poof,
waterproof, impact-proof and corrosion-proof functions considering the
unpredictable circumstances on the sea. The system is designed from 24
lines to 368 lines by step 8 or 16 lines each.
COMMON BATTERY TELEPHONE
The Common Battery Telephone is used for important conversation
between wheelhouse and engine control room as well as general
conversations between each room. It is especially designed with
sufficient considerations for the drip-proof and vibration-proof
structure for vessels. The power supply (MPS-050) with line filter in
power input is recommended. This equipment can operate on a DC-24 power
supply in common to the communication and signal (for bell, and lamp)
transmission. It is tested according to IEC60945, and is certified for
CE by DNV.
SOUND POWERED TELEPHONE
The telephone system aims to provide high stability,
amplification and clearance. The low power consumption amplifier with
capacitor-battery ensures an excellent communication. It is
independently operated from the power supply of the vessel in the case
of emergency. It is tested according to IEC60945, and is certified for
Type Approval and CE by DNV.
INTRINSIC SAFETY TELEPHONE
This telephone system has been designed corresponding to the
intrinsically safe construction (IA) explosion class and ignitability
IIC T6. In this sense, it offers to communicate in hazardous area, where
gas can be exploded in the vessel. The intrinsically safe construction
forms a circuit which is unable to ignite explosion gas or steam
causing from the heat generated by either case of the normally been
applied power or at an accident due to short, ground or open circuit.
Furthermore, the construction is carefully designed for the ability of
the drip-proof, waterproof, impact-proof and corrosion-proof.
MASTER CLOCK SYSTEM
The Marine Master Clock system is designed to provide accurate
time and date to all data logging and monitoring systems of vessels.
The data of the NMEA from a GPS can be used to update the ship's local
time and then the master clock synchronizes automatically. To increase
reliability, C-MOS IC is used in the frequency divider circuit. The
robust mechanism provides a useful system for sailing vessels. The
design of the system prevents vibration, shock, air compression or
salty contamination. As slave clocks are installed in the ship, they
will be adjusted to desired time according to the position of ship.
SOUND RECEPTION SYSTEM
The Sound Reception is a system that is designed to promote the
safety of ship by sensing the whistle coming from other ships on the
sea to transmit it to the inside wheel house and indicating visually the
direction of where the sound originates.
This system, fully equipped with the sound reception, complies with
the International Regulations of Preventing Collisions at Sea, 1972 and
SOLAS 2000 (Resolution A. 694 [17]). The Sound Reception System is
tested according to IEC60945, and is certified or Type Approval by DNV.
PAGING SYSTEM
The Paging system is useful in communication with each worker of
Crane. It is communication equipment for improving the efficiency of
operation and being possible to work safely. It is composed of Handset
Station and Speaker. It is possible to call and communicate with group
by Talk-Back Channel. In case of emergency, emergency alert can be
occurred by bell.
It can be possible to call group by a Handset and Handsfree (Gooseneck Microphone) at an operation room and to communicate by calling from Handset Station of all to other stations. It is easy to maintain and repair for a circuit diagram made with PCB. It is designed to be less effect of inductive noise by electric power. It is designed not to be affected by external vibration, dust, humidity and etc.
CCTV
CCTV equipment enables to offer clear observation from a central
control room, when environment is not suitable for human. CCTV systems
could be adjustable between operating continuously or only monitoring a
particular event. This system, a remote control transmission device,
operates through only one video cable for transmitting video signals
and at the same time, for receiving remote controller (or DVR) signals
to control on/off of camera & light, PAN/TILT, LENS and AUX.
INTEGRATED BRIDGE SYSTEM
The Integrated Bridge System (IBS) is a combination of
interconnected systems in order to allow centralized access to sensor
information or command/control from workstations. It aims to increase
safety and efficiency for the management of ship by qualified
personnel. The IBS integrates on a consol at bridge the primary
functions of stand-alone navigational aids and communication
instruments. It aims to enable officers on navigational watch to
perform their duty without impairing proper lookout. The IBS has been
taking its shape through a rapid development of navigation and
communication systems in relation with the bridge configuration, the
bridge workstation and the one-man bridge operation system. The MRC has
offered more than 100 IBSs to several Korean shipyards since 2004.
Aerosol Fire Extinguisher System units are environmentally
friendly with zero ozone depletion and zero global warming potential,
they can present a very cost effective alternative to traditional gas
suppression systems with superior suppression performance, space and
weight savings, combined to the ease of installation. A self-contained
technology known as Condensed Aerosol fire suppression systems.
Installation of this automatic fire suppression system requires no pipe
work or nozzles and the aerosol fire extinguisher units are placed
directly on or in the risk being protected. The Potassium based
suppressant exhibits similar characteristics to the gases but unlike gas
the aerosol remains in suspension for up to an hour. The aerosol fire
extinguisher units are sized for volume protection and are extremely
compact, intensely efficient and cost effective to install. They are
particularly effective at protecting small process or plant hot spots,
machinery spaces or switch gear.
As per SOLAS regulations, ships must now install a marine fire extinguisher system to protect the galley, in particular the fryers employed in the cook line. Any system used must meet the strict standard ISO 15371:2000 and type testing approvals for class. We provide marine galley fire suppression system offering high quality, reliability and a robust design to be able to withstand the demanding environment.
